Wine Director
Looking for an individual with 5+ years restaurant & bar experience to run Rose Pistola’s wine program currently offering over 220 selections, including a reserve list of approximately 15 rare selections, highlighting northern Italian regional wines to compliment our Ligurian food. The position will focus on staff education (daily meetings, bi-monthly staff tastings & winery field trips), purchasing, cost control, wine dinners & floor management.

Line Cook
Looking for experienced (3+ years) Line Cooks for Rose Pistola, an upscale,
busy, high volume, world class, three-star North Beach Italian restaurant.
Must be able to handle a high-production, fast-paced environment. Must be
reliable and hard working.
